Humidifying chamber

Project for the construction of 3 humidifying chambers for the stabilization section of molded plastic.

All the walls of the chamber are equipped with a hollow stainless steel sandwich that are all connected to each other, form an oil circuit to use as a radiator and maintain a stable temperature inside.

When the pieces of the production chain have been introduced inside the chamber, this pre-heated to about 200 °, then steam is injected to realize the dimensional stability of the molded parts.

All exterior parts are lined with a layer of thermal insulation and finished with stainless steel sheet.
